This application is an internal operations dashboard operated by Guardian Protection Group (GPG) for use by company owners, executives, managers, and administrators. Its SMS feature — the GPG Internal Operations Text Line, (314) 350-6147 — delivers automated task confirmations, alerts, and performance summaries to a closed group of authorized internal users only. This is not a public-facing or consumer service, and it is never used for marketing or promotional content.
Recipients are exclusively GPG company principals (owners, executives, managers, sales administrators) who:
The total recipient list is fewer than ten (10) individuals at any given time.
Messages are operational notifications only. Categories include:
Typical message frequency is 1–10 messages per day per recipient, depending on operational activity. The service is not used for marketing, promotional content, or any communication with external customers.
There are two opt-in methods, both requiring the participant's own action: (1) user-initiated — an employee texts the line first (submitting a task request), which constitutes opt-in to receive confirmations and updates about their own requests; or (2) written consent — daily-summary recipients provide their phone number and sign a written consent form with the operations lead, retained by GPG. New recipients are never added without one of these. Full program details are published on our SMS Program & Opt-In page.
