This application is an internal operations dashboard operated by Guardian Protection Group (GPG) for its own employees and company principals. It is not a public-facing service and does not collect personal data from the general public.
The personal data processed by this application is limited to the names, company email addresses, and mobile phone numbers of GPG employees and principals who participate in the internal dashboard and its SMS program, plus the content of messages they send to the GPG Internal Operations Text Line.
Phone numbers and message content are used solely to operate GPG's internal SMS program: confirming and updating task requests that staff submit by text, and delivering brief internal performance summaries to principals who have consented in writing. Data is never used for marketing or advertising and is never sold.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party for any purpose. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages described in this policy and in our SMS Program & Opt-In page.
The GPG Internal Operations Text Line, (314) 350-6147, serves GPG employees and principals only. Participants opt in either by texting the line first (submitting an internal task request) or, for daily summary recipients, by providing written consent. Full program details, message types, and frequency are published on the SMS Program & Opt-In page. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.
Records are retained only as long as needed for internal business operations and are accessible only to authorized GPG personnel. Access to the dashboard is authenticated and role-restricted.
SMS delivery is provided by Twilio acting as a messaging service provider on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy. Service providers process data only to deliver messages and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.
